ExpenseIQ by Muze.digital
is a personal expense tracker delivered as a Telegram bot
(@ExpenseIQBot). Built and operated by muze.digital OÜ
(Tallinn, Estonia), the application helps individuals log
day-to-day spending, track debts and goals, and understand where
their money goes — without installing an extra app or maintaining
a spreadsheet by hand.
Users send a receipt photo or type a quick message and the bot
extracts the amount, currency, category, and merchant
automatically using AI. Expenses, incomes, debts, and recurring
subscriptions can all be managed through guided chat commands
inside Telegram.
How ExpenseIQ by Muze.digital uses your Google account:
with explicit user consent, the application requests the
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets
scope so it can append each logged expense, income, and debt row
to a Google Sheet that the user owns and specifies. This gives
every user a portable, owner-controlled record of their finances
that persists independently of the bot. The application does not
read, list, download, or modify any other file in Google Drive
and has no access to any other Google services. User data is
