Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the ExpenseIQ by Muze.Digital Telegram bot (the "Service") operated by muze.digital OÜ ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Service.
ExpenseIQ by Muze.Digital is a software tool provided via the Telegram platform that allows users to track expenses by adding entries to their own personal Google Sheet. To use the Service, users must authorize the bot to access their Google account via the secure OAuth 2.0 protocol and specify a target Google Sheet.
Account Security: You are responsible for the security of your Telegram and Google accounts. The Service authenticates you based on your Telegram User ID and the permissions you grant via Google's OAuth flow. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your accounts.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not misuse the Service by attempting to disrupt its operation through spamming, scripting, or other automated means beyond its intended conversational use.
Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of the expense data you input. Our Service acts only as a conduit to transfer this data to your designated Google Sheet.
The Service is dependent on the functionality of third-party platforms. Your use of our Service is also governed by the terms and policies of these third parties:
Telegram: The bot runs on the Telegram platform. You must comply with the Telegram Terms of Service.
Google: The bot's core functionality relies on the Google Sheets API. You must comply with the Google Terms of Service and the terms of their API services.
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or any issues arising from these third-party services.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
In no event shall muze.digital OÜ, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding data provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of muze.digital OÜ. The Service is protected by copyright and other laws of both Estonia and foreign countries. Our name and logo may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of muze.digital OÜ.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by simply stopping your interaction with the bot and, if desired, using the /disconnect_google command to remove your data from our system.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and/or notifying users through the bot. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
